We decided to look around Ilchester cars as we had bought a C3 there some years earlier and it has been an excellent vehicle. I was pleased to discover this time they also had a car that was suitable for our needs. The owner, Andy, was very helpful, being honest in his answers about the car we wanted. He helped with the paperwork and also agreed to have fixed an item I was concerned about. I would recommend Andy and his business for the same reason others have done so in that I found him to be honest and trustworthy.
What an absolute great experience at Ilchester cars, I have just purchased a vauxhall Astra from Andy and I have to say the experience from beginning to end was brilliant, no hard pushy sale, I was given time to look around the vehicle at my own pace, leave and the return on a different day to have another look with my partner. Andy was helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend having a gander around his vehicles if your looking to purchase a vehicle, you will not be disappointed. 5
I dealt with Andy the salesman when i recently bought a car from Ilchester Cars, he was very friendly and easy to deal with. I hate buying cars but they went out of their way to help and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. I was given a good trade in price, had a lengthy test drive and my car was ready when they said it would be. I have had the car for 3 months now with absolutely no issues whatsoever, well done Ilchester Cars, if only every retailer had the same customer friendly attitude as you do!
Highly recommend Illchester Cars, I drove down from North Devon today to purchase a VW polo after emailing Andy who replied so quickly to book me in for a demo. I am absolutely chuffed with my new car. Andy is such a friendly and genuine man and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole sales process. So happy with my news wheels, thank you so much Andy!
We have purchased an Astra Estate today from Andy, following viewing last week. There was no pressure to buy, the car was MOT’d as promised with faults rectified with no cost to ourselves. The car was very good value for money and prepared to an excellent standard. We traveled from Bristol and despite the journey would definitely buy from Ilchester Cars again.
