Have found Heritage to really helpful in sales and service. If you book your car in for a service they are really courteous and helpful at the end of the phone and put you at ease, and as for sales I have found them to be fair in giving you a good price on p/exchange and a decent price on a new vehicle. Overall a good dealership for now and the future.

I love the atmosphere and friendly approach. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are very helpful and accommodating and I always feel like a valued customer. The great customer service continues after your car purchase and every time I have to visit the salon I am made to feel welcome. I love the make and the quality it stands for.

Great staff, always a pleasure to take my Sharan in for its service. We have a mobility vehicle and they where extremely helpful when ordering our car. No pushy sales and went above and beyond ;)

Skoda Yeti Owner. Brilliant Refurbished Showroom 2017. Good reliable service many great combined service deals saving hundred of pounds, they do not make you feel silly when you ask newbie questions about your new car.
