We have been using Yeomans at Guildford for a number of years and decided to change our car a couple of months ago. We have been always been very impressed by the sales team and this time was no exception. Lewis gave us excellent customer service throughout the whole process .  He kept us informed every step of the way and was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout.  We really enjoyed dealing with him and he is an asset to Honda.

I have just bought my first car from Gary at Yeomans Honda Guildford. From the onset, Gary was very friendly and took all of my criteria for a car into account, giving me all the information available about each car he showed me. While the car that I was after wasn't available at first, Gary made sure to contact me as soon as something become available, which ended up being the car I purchased. Gary helped sort out all the intangibles associated with buying and owning a car and made the process straightforward. I would thoroughly recommend Gary and Yeomans Honda Guildford based on my experience.

Easy to book in. Service schedule and work was good. Had extra work done and they agreed a time to suit me and the car was ready on the dot and cleaned too. Service reception staff are knowledgeable and informative. Pleased with service.

I went to Guildford Honda - Yeomans after poor service from another Honda dealer. Upon arrival I was met by a new member of the team Lewis who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I changed my mind about the car and fancied another it was no trouble at all.  Gary helped with the financial bit and was so helpful, no pressure at all to add bits on you don’t fancy. I placed a deposit on the day I saw the car, traded in mine for a great price, paperwork all sorted and collected the car two days later. I could not be happier with my purchase and the care, service I received from Lewis and Gary.  All the staff were lovely and welcoming  but I only remembered two names. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone, Hondas are fantastic, reliable cars and I have my dream car - Red Honda Civic 2018, absolutely beauty - thank you so much! x

Recently purchased a Honda civic SR and dealt with Gary. Always wanted a civic so when presented with this one i was very excited. Initially the car was reserved for someone else but Gary took the time to find me another one which was similar and matched the price. Luckily the other customer changed their mind so i managed to get this gorgeous car. I live in Edinburgh so was unable to come view or test drive the car so he sent me a detailed video of the car before making my decision. I got a great deal and was really happy with my choice. The full process was quick and Gary made it all very easy from 400+ miles away. My car was fully checked and serviced before collection and any further action needed was dealt with in time for my arrival. Gary co-ordinated with me for when I was going to come down to collect and was kind enough to come pick me up from the train station to head to the dealership after a long journey down. The dealership itself was clean and tidy and my car was waiting for me outside. Gary took the time to go over all of the paperwork with me and ensured all the T&Cs were covered and also went through controls and features of the car before i set off so i was at ease before my long drive home. I felt very welcomed and at ease considering how far I was from home. Gary also drove me to the post office to tax my car and filled up my tank which was such a kind gesture. Overall my experience with Yeomans honda Guildford was excellent and Gary was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a honda to go here and defo ask for Gary.
