Not a good company to use, druver charged an 80 year old man £35 to drop him off to moseley from erdington, also didn't drop him off at the right place just left him in a bus stop a mile away from where he was meant to be dropped off. Operator stated it would cost £20. Hopefully the owner sees this review and does something about it, he left the old man with nothing in his pockets
Cost me £25 to get to work which is normal but the taxi driver wanted me to pay him more after he dropped me off he even agreed on £25 just to go back to the taxi station. Not only that but he was late as usual ordered 50 mins before and 2 taxis came to pick me up, and I was late for work not the first time Another thing is, they are missing all the turns from their map and making my journey longer If taxis make us late for work, and we're losing money, why should we pay your taxi the full amount?
VERY BAD taxi drivers. Always speaking on the phone whilst driving, lack of attention on the roads and not checking the mirrors. I would give this taxi service 0 stars if it was an option. Do not use this taxi service never have i seen such appalling taxi drivers.
I cannot fault yenton cars at all...myself and partner were moving from erdington to cotteridge,and had quite a few bags to take whilst following the removal van, the yenton driver was helpful straight away helping us from the start loading all the bags into the people carrier. When we got to cotteridge he took all the bags right to our new front door , very polite and helpful,made a bit of a stressful time so much better,would definitely recommend to others. Prices are fair too.
Took the strangest way from Erdington to Bordesley Green down Bromford Lane one of the busiest routes despite asking my opinion of Star City to Alum Rock being a better option. Charged me £10 although I have been asked for as little as £7 by the same company recently. Won't be using this rip off merchant again.

Absolute joke!! Not even from around Erdington. From the other side of Birmingham. 3rd time I have caught this taxi rank. Each time in booking the operator not asking whether I have cash up front and just booking a taxi to come to collect me. When taxi arrives the driver asking for cash up front which I never had every single occasion...then refusing to move. If the operator had asked the question or made the statement of its cash upfront on the phone when booking, then this would have saved my time and their taxi man's time. But to leave asking that question to any customer once they have got in the vehicle is terrible and disgusting. Inadequate and unable to provide a good customer journey. Make sure you have your money up front as this is a situation you may face. 3 occasions this has happened to me and not on one phone call they have stated money upfront. Absolute joke. 3 chances....never again
