Poor service. Booked a taxi Yesterday afternoon in a very cold weather at 1515 and was told it would be 10 minutes. 15 minutes later l rang them and l was told it would be there in about 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called them again and was told driver was by the corner and would be another 5 minutes. Rang again after 20 minutes and was told driver has cancelled the job as he doesn't want to go to Kings Norton in traffic. They never have a driver in the first place but why make ne wait an hour for it. Very cruel and unprofessional.

How this business is still running is completely beyond me , on multiple occasions this so called taxi firm as never been on time , no communication between drivers & call center & operaters with huge stinking attitudes & bulls**t fake times , incompetence & delusion at its best.

Awful service. Will straight lie and over charge just because. Little did the second driver know, I did the same trip earlier that day. The second driver tried to overcharged by £5 more. Why am I bartering for a 10 min journey.
DO NOT USE Very bad company over priced me been using taxis same route for long time.i no how much it should be.Took very long to arrive when i was in city centre.rubbish will never use this again and will tell everyone one I no the same.
Called for a taxi yesterday and when it arrived the driver was unaware of the location and when told, he complained it was too far. We were told to get another taxi. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.
