Drivers polite, happy with pricing not waiting around for ever and ever like some other taxi places!!! Operators been kind and helpful. I can only pray stays the same especially in these hard times.
Absolutely appalling service from this company. Waited over an hour, promised a taxi multiple times and never showed up. Even a police officer spoke to driver and explained where we were and still did not wait. Have been stranded in Birmingham. 100% do not use!!!

I had booked a taxi but, even after one hour, it did not come. While I was waiting, I called customer service a few times and they only responded the first two times. After that, they ignored me. Don’t book from this taxi.
Kellys taxi they don't be honest with u 5 6 times they have made me wait 1 hour and above when taxi is late they don't make up for it like give you a discount I wouldn't recommend using Kelly's taxi they are not reliable and not considerate towards there customers stay away from this taxi base very bad experience

I use to be very happy with Kelly but lately their services are bad. They left me wait 1 hour for a car yesterday and today I missed the appointment waiting for them. The drivers have no idea what punctuality means.
Useless during peak hours. edit to a 2 year old review. Still useless. They'll tell you 15 minutes and will have you waiting for an hour. This is why uber has killed small cab ranks. I think I'll stick with uber from now on who are faster, more reliable and cheaper.
Cheap price , very good service, 5 min means 5 min always come before 5 min
