waited 10 mins called office to be told taxi will be with me in 2 mins then a few mins later office calls to say driver has changed his mind.

RUDE! Turned the phone off on me when I was asking a question about a pick up location, it wasn't an accident as the guy was speaking rudly and in a hurry all along. Such a shame, wont be using this service again.
