Good gym with plenty of equipment/facilities and friendly enough staff. However the music can be a little too loud and distracting, especially during the yoga classes upstairs when you can't hear a word anyone is saying. Also, the studios could do with being a bit warmer in the evenings!

The best gym ever. Has everything you need and you're not left waiting for machines for very long either. They have several classes, a boxing ring, fighting cage and even a hair dressers amongst other things like a nail salon!

Best gym. Have only had strange issues like the water fountain giving warm water temporarily and once the air conditioner was giving warm air but becuase of how friendly the staff are and how good the gym is (best in MK) I can easily look past these moments!

Do not join,terrible management!left at least 7 messages to be called,not once been returned! Takes ages for any of equipment to be fixed when broken! Been waiting 3 weeks for virtual spin machine to be fixed and fobbed off with excuses! Classes cancelled and not been informed,worth paying more and going to pure gym next door!!! This is a cheep gym with cheep service!!

Good gym with all you need equipment or even more. The only bad side and 4* rate is because car park is too small and too busy in the evenings so as the gym itself. Also fingerprint gates does not work quite offten but thats not a big issue.
