Fantastic gym, I mostly work on free weights and am never waiting. Staff are knowledgeable and excellent. Ask for Ash if you're after a PT session which covers exercise and diet to suit your needs.

Love all the equipment in the gym, staff are really friendly and helpful. Don't feel intimidated in this gym and feel I can work out and feel comfortable when working out. Love that I can track my workout on my phone. So many classes to try out too which is good : Would definitely recommend to others wanting to join a gym with a more personal feel to it.
An amazing gym, where you can find everything you need from modern equipment to very kind and helpful staff. For me the best thing about this gym is that you can be connected with every equipment you use so you can nicely check everything you have done within an app. It's very motivating and satisfying for me. Everything in there is brand new and I feel great every time i go there. I can recommend this gym to everyone because in my opinion it's the best one around
Small but perfect. You can find everything you need, clean changing rooms. It's not busy so sometimes you have the entire gym for yourself. The staff is fantastic, they are very friendly. Classes are not busy so you can enjoy different type of classes every day
I have been to pretty much every gym in Milton Keynes and there isn't a gym in Milton Keynes that beats this gym when it comes equipment technology. The tools available are absolutely are perfect to track your whole entire fitness journey. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful.. all in all a perfect gym to come in a have a great workout and focus on your fitness goals
Craig and the team are just brilliant. I have viewed 6 gyms in and around MK, even joined one and left three weeks letter, and Fitness Space has to be the best. The equipment technology is really advaced, the gym is small so we all get personal time with the trainers, the package comes with nutrition advice and a great app. The classes are run by professionals too. You won't be dissappointed.
A really excellent gym, small but with everything you could need and the PT sessions are first rate. Lewis Mabe is excellent and comes up with challenging, fun and engaging sessions and always know just how far to push me. I’ve no doubt that between the PT sessions and the personalised programme I’ve made more progress than at any of the other gyms I’ve been at. I would 100% recommend Fitness Space.
I've been training for over 10 years now, across several gyms and I can honestly say this is up there with the best. It's not your normal gym, it has several USP's which make it unique. 1. It's a boutique gym which means they limit the number of members. You basically have the gym to yourself most times you are there. I can never imagine having to wait for a piece of equipment or weights again. 2. They're personal. They know the names of every member. You are greeted by every member of staff by name when you walk in. They genuinely care about your progress, always asking how each session was. They create a personal workout programme for you when you start and review it every month. They measure your weight, body fat etc and work with you to reach your goals. 3. They are approachable. If you're doing a workout and need a hand with some assisted exercises, or help spotting, there's always someone around willing to help. 4. They are always seeking feedback to ensure the gym is as good as it can be for every member. I've had phone calls asking for feedback on the service, and I feel if I wanted something specific in the gym I could request it and they'd do their utmost to make it happen. 5. The equipment is the best I've ever seen. They have brand new equipment, all linked in with a freely provided smart watch and app. The app tracks all your workouts and nutrition in one place making it easy to track your progress and goals. The treadmills have a screen which you can watch YouTube, go online etc. But the best feature of these machines is that you can replicate real runs e.g. you can set to run the new york marathon and it will replicate the elevations and take you through the sites of New York as you run. They also have unusual equipment like a skill mill which is powered only by you, and forces you to run naturally on the curved platform. This is perfect for HIIT training as you can stop and start; instantly going from walking to 20 odd kph and back again. 6. It's brand new. Therefore it feels luxurious as they've completely kitted it out from scratch. The changing rooms and showers are great, the kind of decor you'd want in your own home. Overall a great gym which I'd highly recommend. If you're serious about reaching your goals, It's inevitable here.
