Post refurb - the place is a dive don't waste your money!

I was a member before the refurbishment.I only want a daily pass!After going in and explaining this to staff at Hilton.I was told I'd get call back with the information I needed.Well a week later I get call back,but still no nearer joining the gym I was a member of originally!!poor customer service from livingwell and the Hilton for lack of feedback and information may lead to me joining another gym!!!!

I'm desperate to join a gym I have continually filled out the form for someone to get back to me and Nothing so really fed up been trying.for 2 months so not going to bother will go to David Lloyd

If you join, beware.The management have a nasty habit of increasing the monthly charges without warning, and if you cancel your membership, you might end up with a charge coming out of your account in error.
