Staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a good quality shower and Dove shower gel supplied. The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work so we had a restless night with little sleep. Breakfast was good, nice hash browns, good selection of teas. The coffee machine wasn't working and every time staff fixed it a few cups later it broke again and then water leaked all over the floor. The lovely ladies tried hard to fix it but it was one of those days!! Parking is free and there is a Harvester on site if you want some where else to eat within walking distance. One of the better HIE we have stayed it, just a shame about the air con and coffee machine otherwise it would have been 5 stars. We would happily stay again if in the area.
We come frequently to Marco’s in the Holiday Inn in Central Milton Keynes and are always greeted cheerfully by Lala, Mandy and Bedana. They make us feel like coming home to have a great meal with your family. Service is the best and food is always amazing. Our daughter keeps on asking to come back. Great atmosphere and lovely people.
The hotel is always amazing, the staff are lovely. The breakfast is also very good, especially love the overnight oats and yoghurt. I have gotten to know the staff very well and it's always a joy to me start the day with a smile from them. On this occasion, Freda was especially kind and welcoming and thank you to Lauren for helping me with my luggage due to a back injury.
My personal go to hotel. Lovely rooms, lovely AC as i get hot at night. The TVs by far have the best services of any hotel in MK, with the inbuilt YT app allowing me to finally enjoy it on the big screen. The pool is also a very big plus, and the breakfast is very nice. Great hotel.
The hotel is ok. Whilst the rooms are comfortable, they are a little dated in places, especially the bathrooms.nnThe breakfast is good. It's a buffet style and reasonably tasty and there is an automatic coffee machine which is ok.nnPositives are the staff were friendly and the common areas of the hotel reception and restaurant are modern and clean.
