My family and I had a wonderful stay. There were six of us, and every one of us truly loved being here. Karen and the breakfast team were absolutely lovely each morning, we genuinely looked forward to seeing them and being greeted by their warm smiles. The breakfast itself was excellent. Karen was especially kind and always took the time to help our family whenever we needed anything.nnThe hotel pool was a big hit with the kids, who absolutely loved it, and the reception staff were consistently welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the essentials we needed for a pleasant stay. Would deffo recommend!
Lovely meal at the Marco Pierre White restaurant. The staff were amazing – friendly, attentive and really knowledgeable about the allergen menu which made the experience stress-free. Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend! nSpecial mention to our hostess and waitresses Bow, Anjila & Mandy.
Dined at Marco Pierre restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. Upon asking Chef Cameron for a recommendation, he suggested the carbonara, which proved to be an outstanding choice. The dish was expertly prepared, beautifully balanced, and authentically executed, evoking the quality and flavor of traditional Italian cuisine. An excellent example of refined cooking rooted in simplicity.nnMyself and my family will definitely be eating here again!!!
We've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is excellent, 15 mins walk from the station and 15 minutes to Campbell Park. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming here. The breakfast is decent enough and plentiful. Some of the rooms have been refurbished and are decent, but many others are looking quite tired now. The worst part is the Health Club which now looks really dated. The pool is small and tired and is, for more hours than not, leased out in part to children's swimming clubs so its often busy and not a place for a quiet swim unless you go in the allocated hours in the morning/evening. The is no sauna, just a steam room and it only really seats 3 before getting uncomfortable. The changing rooms are awful with tepid water in the showers and more lockers broken than not. Could be so much more, but feels like it's slowly deteriorating.
Had the best experience here , all staff are lovely and very accommodating, nothing is too much to ask for. Rooms are clean and in such a good location. Want to say a special Thank you to Lauren who was working on the morning and left a lovely card and box of chocolates for us as a first valentines being married , such a lovely gesture !
