Hotel is very nice and good value. Rooms are spacious. Pool is large and spa treatments are available . Gym is functional and better than the average hotel gym. Has a nice restaurant/bar area.nnThe woman at the reception was very friendly when we checked in. The room keys are made of wood which I thought was a nice touch.nnPeach was our waitress in the restaurant and she was very friendly and attentive, providing great service with a big smile.

Lovely meal out with work friends. Our server was Bow who was really friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much to ask! Definitely recommend. Food was great and reasonably priced

We stayed for one night, whilst doing a bit of shopping, skiing and trip to Woburn Safari. Nice Hotel, very well located. Parking is excellent. The Rooms spacious enough for two adults and two small kids. We had two TVs which was a bonus. The only criticism is that the pull out bed is slim and we needed to push it up against the sofa.nnThe Health Centre was great. The pool and gym were kept very clean. We were greeted by staff member Andy who was very informative, helpful and extremely pleasant to chat to. Made the whole experience better.nnWould stay here again next time we come Ski.

I had an incredible experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Lauren and Tiana. They were absolutely fantastic, always so welcoming, warm, and full of smiles. Their genuine hospitality really made me feel at home, and they went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across such amazing service, and I truly appreciated their efforts in making my visit special. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and overall exceptional service!

Staff Lala, Bow & Peach found out at the end off their shift it was my father's birthday and tracked down a piece of cheese cake for him and came into the lounge with it singing happy birthday. Great service overall from this lot! They were great! They deserve a raise!
