I have been a member of this Gym for nearly two years and can honestly say I have never had a problem with any equipment either broken or available. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and welcoming. Sadly I have today had to cancel my membership , again , no issues there. Should I wish to join a gym again DW in MK will be my preference.

The way they act towards their customers is low, also when trying to cancel your membership you have to pay a months notice and also schedule a meeting out of your time with a manager to explain why you want to cancel... absolutely poor.

Terrible customer service. Been a member for 3 years tried to cancel due to pregnancy. They said they have no knowledge of me cancelling. Now they've charged me 3 months extra. Will not go back or recommend. Customer service doesn't .
I cancelled 1st of April and had to pay April and May. Now they said they can't do d a record of me cancelling and I'd have to pay June and July. I paid and will now ever go back. No wonder the place failing.

There's been lots of negative reviews about DW, but in my experience, I've always loved it. The classes are fun, instructors are great, and I've never had any problems with staff, but I haven't had any cause to make complaints. It's not as big as other clubs, but it's nice that there's always equipment available to use, it's always kept clean and tidy. Basically, I've made my partner sign us both up as although we tried other gyms, DW felt the most comfortable for us

The gym is ok, have seen better places. 

For me the worst thing is the opening and closing time. It's usually from 6:30 to 22:00 but on weekends (Friday till 21:00) it's from 8:00 till 20:00 which is too short. I think it should be closer at least at 23:00 everyday and opened at 6:00 because it gets quite occupied in afternoons.

The card entering option is not the best resolution. Once when I was 4minutes late for the closing time I got closed in the gym for about 20mins because they don't have any "sign out" only "signing in" with your card. That is very dangerous in case of fire. 

Also the floor in the showers and changing rooms is often very messy and dirty. I saw cleaning staff only at the closing time. In better places they clean it through the whole day or at least in the most attended hours. 

The rest is acceptable.
