Was very impressed with the disabled wet room. Lots of room. Very clean. Bed lovely and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee. Great value for money. Becky on reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful with a lovely smile. Will stay again. Only downside was having to pay for the car park.Rooms: 5/5
Absolutely fine. Room looked brand new. There appears to be a good room services team and a good laundry. Breakfast was lovely sorry we couldn't stay longer to try evening meal will thoroughly recommend hereRooms: 5/5
Great and clean room. Everything is good except the parking. Need a voucher to validate parking as a hotel guest but the voucher wont work. Had to go and get another so what’s the point of giving them the reg at check in. £5 a night for parking
Great room, restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I've had to knock a star off as the A/C would only go down to 19 degrees and kept turning off by itself periodically through the night. Room was often stuffy because of this. Wouldn't prevent me rebooking though.
Room was good, clean and comfy. Check in poor though. Automated, which has its positives, but it doesn't allow a time for breakfast to be booked anymore, meaning when we got there there was a long wait not just for food, but also cups and glasses. The restaurant is separate to the hotel, but the hotel isn't giving them the info they need to offer a good service.
Ideal place to stay if you come early for a butlins break. Lovely size rooms and attached to a nice restaurant. Good atmosphere, dodnt really have to much interaction with hotel staff, only on arrival to check-in.Rooms: 5/5

Good hotel. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. You have to pay additional Cark park fee which on the 12/1/2023 was £5Rooms: 4/5
the hotel was ok only ploblem was the tv was not smart it was freeview and the window wouldnt open the wifi wasnt great and the bed was stiff mattress was not soft but the staff was very nice and politeRooms: 2/5
One of the nicest premier inn I have been to! Location was perfect 10 minute walk from sea front, plenty of restuarants around. The hotel room was very clean instantly made you feel comfortable. The beds well they are the best! We also came into our room with a nice touch of a welcome note and biscuits which was lovely would 100% recommend and return
