Stopped in on the off chance, they were pretty full with an open day, but they very quickly accommodated us. We took the picnic tables in the garden, such a lovely spot. Had the special, a sandwich, drink, crisps and a salad for £5. My brie and cranberry was delicious.Service: 5/5
Our first visit today for Sunday lunch. 10/10. Excellent lunch, with. Sparkling glass ware and cutlery shown off by classy black tablecloths. Himself said he'd never eaten such good beef. Melted in the mouth. We were shown two lovely guest rooms.Service: 5/5
As an avid traveling railfan always looking for excellent local dining and accommodation options, I highly recommend the Foxes. This remarkable place offers a delightful lunch and is staffed by the friendliest individuals. Moreover, I eagerly anticipate my next visit to the West Somerset Railway, as the Foxes boasts an unparalleled location and exceptional service that is second to none. Thank you for your hospitality! Food & drinks: Why have a picture of a glass with ice in it? Well, it's quite simple. As an American who is used to having their beverages cool and refreshing, it's always a nice bonus when it comes with ice. Finding drinks with ice can sometimes be challenging abroad, so it's appreciated when I do.
Wonderful in service, rooms, location and food. Hope to visit again soon.Rooms: 5/5
From the moment we arrived everyone has been just fantastic caring fantastic food and service from everyone. Would recommend coming here 100% can't wait to come back. It's so nice being treated like a human being and not being discriminated against like many other places we have been. The care from everyone is out standing.Rooms: 5/5
This place is just wonderful! The staff are incredible! The opportunity Foxes provides thier students is just inspiring. It was an incredibly rewarding experience and to top it all off the food was delicious, so much so I ordered two brunches! My father and I came in for Saturday brunch and had a fantastic waiter called Sam that looked after us incredibly well. The food was so yummy and the service was really quick. It is incredibly good value for money. The restaurant itself was great but also this would be a great choice in the summer as there was a wonderful garden. I would highly recommend and hope to come back ASAP. I would like to try the tapas evening for sure and will do brunch again soon.
Can not speak highly enough about this place. It is a fantastic training hotel for adults with learning disabilities. The staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are comfortable and very clean and the buffet breakfast is excellent quality. If you are lucky enough to have the 3 course evening meal you will not be disappointed.
Charming hotel and staff in a lovely position on the prom in Minehead, close to shops and a great place to stay if exploring nearby North Devon and surrounds...I would thoroughly recommend dining in for AT LEAST one evening. Delicious food, well made and beautifully served by the nicest and most attentive students. I will certainly return with more family. Very accessible with lifts for wheelchairs and with spacious and family rooms available. Highly recommended.
Popped in lunch time with friend who lives in Minehead and quite rightly was keen to support this wonderful hotel. We were served wonderfully by a very polite and happy Ryan with his tutors support. We sat in the bar and enjoyed a lovely sandwich, generous side salad and crisps ..plus a cheeky chilled white wine each!. Being nosy I sneaked a look at the sea front restaurant .Fantastic views and all was decorated so modern and tasteful. We did point out they perhaps need better signage outside to let folk know. This was greeted with how grateful they were and thanks for our feedback. How refreshing not to get your head bitten off after giving suggestions as some places would!.Please support this fantastic place ! Prices so reasonable too and lovely generous main menu too my friend has sampled.
Excellent service and the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. The young staff training at the foxes are so polite and friendly a beautiful place to stay.Rooms: 5/5
