Situated in the small seaside town of Minehead,known as the 'gateway to Exmoor', this historic cottage provides the perfect getaway in beautiful West Somerset.
The cottage is built over three floors. The ground floor comprises a comfortable living room with an inglenook fireplace and adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The upper two levels host three double bedrooms (one ensuite) each with a harbour view and a large bathroom with shower, bath and WC as well as laundry facilities.
There is a paved forecourt in front of the property with outside seating and parking space for one car. A harbour permit is provided if parking for a second car is required.
