My experience of Wright Robinson college has been positive to say the least. professional staff, strong community links and great students. Obviously not every kid that goes through the doors is going to cut it but every effort will have be made to keep them, but the school isn't there to wave a magic wand and lets face it as parents its our job to bring our kids up properly not the schools. Think some of these reviews are pretty unfair, probably got an axe to grind after their son or daughter got excluded. Discipline is also a strong point of the school btw. As for the bullying - pretty naive to think out of 1700 kids your not going to have 1 case of bullying, unfortunate but again in my experience it gets dealt with quickly.
The teachers at this school squeeze every bit of fun out of every pupil, its more like an Army camp them a school. SEEING KIDS DEPRESSED AT 12 YEARS OLD BECAUSE OF THE TEACHERS AT SCHOOL BEING BULLIES IS NOT NORMAL. YOUR ONLY TEACHERS FOR GOD SAKE, GET OF YOUR HIGH HORSES NOT TO MENTION HALF ARE RELATED TO CRIMINALS.
the school is a joke they give out detentions like they are sweets if your bullied and hit and you dare to say anything back you also get a detention if your asked a question from a staff member and you don't answer quick enough you get a c3 a detention if you miss any of your work you are kept in class and miss your lunch but the school staff stick together and blame the child.bullying is rife at this school but they claim they have a anti bullying policy. this school is all about show. the children are not valued at all
Review of 3g pitches and facilities... Absolutely amazing. Great set up. Only downside is non of the 3g pitches are numbered so it's a lottery to find your designated pitch. Please number the pitches.
Headmaster claims he has a zero tolerance of bullying ! Complete tosh im here today to ask why my daughter has been bullied by 5 boys in several of her lessons .The teachers here must be deaf and blind and keep the details under wraps from the Headmaster
The school is good for edjcation but the teachers through c1 c2 and c3s out for nothing and call your children and evept nothing back i wouldnt reccomend this school
had a previous problem with the school a few years ago, only fair i change my review as the school seems to have made some positive changes, well done
33 years ago I went to this high school it was the best years I had. The teachers I had where amazing and the head teacher was a Mr Young .
the school teachers do not seem to care about the pupils they seem to be on some kind of power trip with the school rules. they do not care about parents views. they don't seem to want to hear our concerns
I am nearly a year 8 and my year's experience has been good, and the teacher from reintergration is the best teacher ever
