Good location but everything else falls flat. Maintenance staff did botched jobs fixing things, there were rats for months and heating was faulty. Rooms were the lower standard for uni rooms meaning small bed and barely any space. Staff were either good or rude and unhelpful. I had a package I had tried receiving from the reception staff about three times, each time being told they didn’t have it only to be told at the end of the year that they’ve had it for months and complained that I hadn’t received it!
Nice and clean hotel with great breakfast. There's no air-conditioning in the rooms. One can here Room doors slam. This is heard as guess/ staff close the room door; I really dislike that.
Great stay if on tight budget or having night out in City. Basic accommodation of a bed and a bathroom which is a little snug if you are on the large side. Finding your room can be little confusing due to all corridors and colour zones but once you find it should have no problems. Only 5 minute walk to city center. If it's all singing and dancing you want this is not for you, but for me, satisfied all my needs.
Awful place. Do not go here. Everything was broken and wasn't fixed. I had so many bad experiences here. Just radiates trauma. Save yourselves
A hall for univ.of Manchester student in the middle of city. This location quite strategic since it is near Manchester Piccadilly station, groceries, the campus itself and supermarket.
Good breakfast. Affordable student accommodation. Clean and good customer service.
Hell of a start in life for a student paying almost £650 a month for the licence to stay/rent.
Nice clean place, good rooms and great people.
Great Location, Rooms are good. Self-Catered.
