Brilliant On enter store I was approached by ARTON the store manager what a knowledgeable and friendly and professional man he showed a real can do attitude . I believe I will probably be using Howdens for my new kitchen ! Absolutely pathetic. The lady who picked up our phone at orpington howdens just doesnt want to help at all and was incredibly unhelpful. Its almost like they have been tasked to do a job they hate to do. Pathetic is an understatement for these guys.

I brought two kitchens from howdens Orpington. The items are extremely bad quality and are not able to use them after a couple of years. They get old extremely easily. When I ordered from howdens. The store is badly managed because the soft close door hinges were not sent to me I had to go and buy my own. Many of the panels and door were left out in the delivery and I had try get the items over the course of a couple months. When I initially ordered the kitchen and the staff did not come to measure it and this caused lots of problems for me down the line. DOT NOT BUY FROM HOWDENS.  The oven has a side that’s stopped working and not properly able cook food. I was sent completely wrong items like the hob was completely wrong and not what I wanted and I had to buy from another howdens store. I was supposed to be sent a glass back drop for my hob and I had to use my floor tile instead because I couldn’t get hold of the back drop I wanted because when I used the hob as I didn’t have the glass backdrop the cardboard backdrop I have all around my kitchen caught fire so I used my floor tile instead. Extremely bad quality kitchens!!!

Manager of this branch is 10/10. He is focused on customers needs and can give best outcomes for customers having products issues. Thank you for your help!

Very very happy with all the products that we have bought, and we have bought a lot for our renovation including kitchen, wardrobe doors, internal doors and units for two spare rooms for additional storage.  The advice and customer service from Arton, Ellis, Jamie and James at the Orpington branch has been excellent. They have all been very helpful and patient.  We only had a few minor issues, and they were dealt with immediately with no delay or query.

Awesome experience with Howdens Orpington.  Ellis who designed the kitchen needs a Gold Medal for  Patience & Tolerance.  He worked with me until we got it right and the kitchen looks amazing.  Next day delivery and picking additional items off warehouse is a HUGE bonus not offered by many other kitchen suppliers.

Our kitchen designer James was fab, taking  on board everything we said. We originally wanted to keep it around the 5k mark but the deals they had were too good to miss and ended up spending almost 8k instead. Could not fault the design team at all. The reason for 4 stars is if you are looking to get granite/quartz worktops I would suggest getting time frames upfront or looking elsewhere as they charge you £300 for the pleasure and after 3 1/2 weeks we are still waiting for someone to come and look at our kitchen as we fit it ourselves before they will book in a date. When you spend that sort of money with a company you expect a faster service than that, as we cannot use our sink or hob until this is done. Also they deliver your whole worktop with the kitchen so our living room is now well out of action having to store all the bits for the work top.  A shame to end on this note.

Best place for the trade to buy kitchens. No waiting around weeks for stock to come in. Very business like and professional, the new showroom and kitchen design services make a great place to take the public for design and planning.
