Excellent service from Lee at Orpington today. I was replacing tiles and mosaic bought for a shower enclosure c.6 years ago and he located the tile and did his best to find the mosaic which was out of stock then matched the old product. He even found the name of the Tiler we used. Fab start to finish service and at great prices too. First class.
The team here are great!! We were served by Leuan who was so helpful with helping us with samples and his colleague. Really helpful store and team - I’d definitely recommend. Thanks Leuan - make sure you take that well deserved holiday!
Nothing was too much trouble I used the Orpington store in the end to purchase my tiles, nothing was too much trouble from start to finish, even in these strange times all the staff were helpful, friendly and when I did have an issue with one of the items delivered, that wasn't a problem either, sorted immediately! Returns were handle with the courtesy of a sale. The staff in this store were a complete pleasure to deal with every time I had to come in for something. I would also give a shout out to the ladies in the Dartford store where I had to go to collect a sample, they were excellent and my final choice of floor tiles was down to their great advice - thank you!
We had a really good experience at tops tiles. The staff were really friendly and helpful and they had some really nice tile options to choose from.
1st time going into the Orpington store and was impressed with the amount of different tiles to choose from. Charlie introduced himself and when we went back to him for advice he was very helpful and knowledgable. Overall the whole experience was very easy and stress free which we put down to the very helpful Charlie.
I wanted to thank Lee Leigh? for his time today, and for staying back to advise me well after closing time, and also offering to print out the details we discussed, I have been to a couple of shops prior to my visit here, and he was by far the kindest adviser, and seemed like he really cared, helped me to pick the right style for my intended use and budget. 5* THANK YOU I will be going with your advice.
The tiles that I wanted were sold out online, I rang the Orpington store and asked if there was any stock in store. Shannon helped me to order the tiles to store and then get them shipped out to me. She was a great help
Excellent service and range of tiles. I was able to take samples home to help make final selection. Over ordered but the store was happy to take back surplus for a full refund. Really happy with tiles which look great in new kitchen.
Went in today and spoke with a lovely young man called Richard, he got me a sample tile to match against floor tiles I had already got, he called the supplier to make sure they had enough in stock and printed me the details. Richard was really polite, couldn’t do enough for me. What a fantastic experience shopping there today. Thank you Richard your a great example of excellent customer service.
Arran and the team have been brilliant. Great advice and customer service. Faultless. Tile Giant also has a great range of coloured grouts which have added another dimension to our bathroom.
