A fantastic experience. I have purchased a few bikes many many years ago from them. They have just repaired my bike under warranty I didn't even buy the bike from them Amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff. Great experience 5 Stars. We will definitely be returning.

Staff friendly but no advice given, I am 182cm tall but they recommended me to buy MTB XXL frame, or even when sent them emails no one bother to reply, I ment to use my cycle to work scheme voucher there but changed my mind.
An excellent bike shop/repair centre ran by a lovely couple who genuinely care for their clients.nnI've been a customer of Worcester Cycle Centre for over a decade. I've bought bikes, have regular services on my bikes, and had repairs done - I've always received top notch customer service and advice from Erika and Stuart.nnNot only that, if they can, Erika and Stuart will go beyond call of duty. For example, early on Christmas Eve morning just a few days ago at time of writing I had a puncture while out on a 30k bike ride. It wasn't possible to repair at the time. I needed my bike fixed fast for my next ride, Stuart kindly offered to do it there and then in the shop despite having a heavy workshop schedule.nnThose kind of gestures are rare these days, and prompt loyalty in folks like me.nnI can only speak from twelve years of experience and say you can't go wrong with Worcester Cycle Centre - and their new premises in Hallow, with more room and car parking on site, is a colossal improvement on their previous premises in the city centre.nnYou're in excellent hands here!
