The service is very poor and they most defiantly use the policy of choosing who they sell pets to in their favour, I think getting the fish out is a lot of work. Been to this store 3 times first two time fish were sick this time I need a tank I could bath in. Trying to sell me a tank 100lts plus for a single gold fish maybe I look stupid because the guy treated me like it. Not happy wont go back should really invest in customer service.

Nice clean shop with a good range of stock. Includes frozen dog foods which we use.

Bought a hamster (which was fit and healthy) but had a few concerns about its behavior. The shop staff were so good in resolving the problems. The staff were very knowledgeable and interested. No hesitation in recommending
