Store is fab, I found all my Christmas presents under one roof. So much to choose from and very competitive prices. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I was even given a voucher for a free coffee which was well received. I will definitely be back again soon. Thankyou.

Very helpful staff who go out of their way to meet your needs. The restaurant / Café is also well staffed with helpful, polite, cheery personnel - a definite bonus! Thank you.

Didn’t realise there was a large coffee shop on the top floor with play facilities for younger children.

I have been to this shop today with my sister in law I bought a shirt from the first level and after I have been to second level I pick up some clothes and of course I went to fitting room ,nobody came to ask us if we need help anything.
I didn't get anything else as the clothes I've picked didn't fit me,so I left.
At the exit I got stopped by 3 civilians officers and been told to wait.(To be honest,I didn't had time to react,for few seconds I was trying to understand what happened).
Two more police officers came and started searching us. Obviously they didn't find anything on us but even didn't apologize.(the only thing they said is that they found a empty hanger in the fitting room and that's way they stop us). 
No apologize ,no explanation probably cause I'm foreigner and they assume that I'm a thief.
Very shocking experience and I will never visit this place again didn't think that in 2017 in country like in UK ,foreigners are still treated like this.
The staff very unhelpful ,when I paid for the shirt she didn't look at me at all,not asked if I need a bag,before to put the pin card I asked if is a bag included in the price and obviously she replied with "no ,do you want one " ,why I was asking just like this? 
Still shocked for this experience and upset cause I didn't said anything...
