Not the best places to shop, as with all Tesco customer services have gone downhill rapidly in my opinion. Find Morrisons, co op, a lot better and friendlier places to shop and staff so much more helpful than Tesco.

Meant to be the big main Tesco for Worcester - a city! Opening hours not as good as smaller one. Neither one is 24 hour!!

Surprised today at the fresh vegetables. There was only one or two days left on the best before date. Also there was a complete rotten red pepper amongst those on display. The grapes looked old and wrinkley. Bad display all around.

Shopped here this morning and found everything I needed and incidentally I enjoy using the hand held "product zappers ". Besides making shopping more fun they save having to queue for the tills. 😀

Half of the freezer section was down due to maintenance. I was told frozen desserts (the purpose of my visit) were still available, I need only ask someone to help. After searching for 5 minutes for a staff member, the one I found was, for some reason, unable to help but went in search for another staff member. 5 minutes later, someone came and found me, thoroughly put out by my request though he was, he went and looked for the product he advised me was similar to my request (finest vanilla ice cream 500ml). A further 10 minutes later he returned with a different product... By that point I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and hurried off with the product I didn't really want. Faulty equipment happens to the most organised of stores, I simply take issue with the lack of customer service I received. I couldn't browse, neither could staff advise me on availability, nor were they willing in being helpful.
