I bought a load of boxes that were too big for me to carry to the car. Without hesitation my cashier Bryn offered to give me a hand taking them to the car and did so politely as if it was no trouble at all. A lovely shopping experience, and customster service is commendable

This review is based purely on the cafe. I ate there today and wished I hadn't. We had Tuna melt paninis which were tasteless and had little tuna in them. We also had Mochas and didn't finish them, just a really unpleasant drink. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the food is well below an acceptable standard, I won't be eating there again.
We love Dunelm as the store is so pleasant and the contents are amazing. They sell good quality bedding and all domestic goods and Nick-nacks, decorating materials, curtains and materials, rugs, sewing materials - and they have a great coffee shop!
my friend ordered a sandwich and the rude girl with brown hair literally threw it on the table, crisps went everywhere and didn’t even say anything or apologise or even look at us! Very rude service from her. Don’t come here unless you want your food in your lap
