Situated right in the centre of Worcester's Crown Gates development it is a fairly large store on two levels. There is an escalator and a lift between floors making it fully accessible to the less able-bodied customer. The store does not have it's own car park but is only a short walk from the Crown Gates car park and a slightly longer walk (5-10 minutes for a non-disabled person) from two others.

Today my visit left me disappointed, there was plenty of staff in store but some how the display units were all over the place and coverd in dust, there was also a moment where there was a long que of people waiting to be served with only one person on the till, mean while 5 members of staff are standing around nattering about there love lifes and egnoring there call for assistance, I don't know who manages the store but who ever it is needs reviewing.

Very popular and great bargains to be found and very cheerful and helpful staff do wish other customers would pick up items they drop on the floor can become like a jumble sale

Went in on Saturday for the first time,very busy but well stocked. Intended to buy 2 pairs of shoes ended up with 11 teeshirts 4 pairs of shorts and 2 sets of socks.Spent just over 100 pounds but what excellent value for money and was served by a charming young man who removed all the hangars for me and was polite and smiling all the time.
