Friendly welcoming pub , lovely staff good prices Service: 5/5
Classic back street pub, L shaped interior, comfortable bench seating, 2 cask ales on the bar, and also shows sports on the 2 TVs in the corners of the bar area. Resident golden retriever is usually sprawled on the floor, so watch your step.
The Saddleback is fantastic, great pickled eggs, even the water is top notch! Great place.Food: 5/5
Very nice - proper pub, with proper beer - Slaughterhouse Saddleback went down very smoothly indeed - consistently well kept beer in a consistently well kept pub. As good as ever. Great atmosphere and a good jukebox. Great bar staff, good beer and good banter Service: 5/5
Character of the pub has been destroyed under new ownership.
An unexpected find. We attended a birthday celebration on Saturday evening. There's a secret den outside which houses study benches and is all undercover, we loved the old-workshop decor in there. I think the pub is in two parts with two separate bars, we were in the left side not on the corner of the building but wouldn't have found the den if we hadn't benn looking for birthday guests. The lady behind our bar tall very short hair was fabulous despite being run off her feet.
Nice quiet lounge bar for a chat with good beersService: 5/5
I think just being full repaint refusingment at moment hope opens soonFood: 5/5
Proper traditional pub with a thoughtful modern space out back. Ales were spot on and staff were very welcoming. Can't wait to return for a pint of local bitter and a packet of scratchings. A very refreshing contrast to £6 pints of craft and unsolicited tunes cranked up to 11. I really can't rate this place enough.
Super little locals pub set away from the hub-bub of Leamington centre. Traditional pub with few frills yet it maintains a number of great quality cask ales try the Slaughterhouse, and a lively atmosphere. All is contained in two rooms within an L-shaped space. An outside drinking area is available too. Well-run, and well-maintained, this is one not to miss. Dog-friendly too.
