I would have given this place 5 stars had the cleanliness of the toilet and baby change area been better. Service good food great and good choice of beers. Would happily visit again

Nice comfy place. Also outside seating available..You can enjoy the weather and the drinks...

Go here nearly every Monday for lunch with my husband.  Usually  good. Today waited over half an for a chicken burger and a pie. Asked where our food was told be there in a second waited another five minutes. Got a sorry by barman but NO explanation.  Will not  go back for a while if at all.

Good place to lunch on visits to leamington let down by disrepair in ladies toilet. Cracked toilet seat, another blocked with paper
