Best Sunday dinner I've ever had. Lovely place nice staff nice choice of lagers and real ales. Will definitely be going back.

We went for a birthday meal. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. Couldn't finish it all because there was loads.

It was very loud so conversation wasn't easy for a group of 8, but that's to be expected from such a popular pub.

There was live music on the night we went by Jamie Knight and he did a great set with his own twist on some classic rock songs.

I've been here a few times and have alaays enjoyed it. Tonight however was somewhat disappointed. It's was very loud usual Friday night but compounded by music being very loud. We were meeting friends that we hadn't seen for a while so there was going to be quite a  lot of catching up to do and we spent  most of the evening having to shout to make ourselves heard. Good was also not as good as usual. Had the falafel burger which was deep fried and the skin on chips were cold.

Fab pub where dogs are welcome. Lovely food and beer too. Defnitely going back.
