Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Only came by this place waiting for a taxi home. Sat outside on the seating, the bouncer came over and fairly asked to we needed to get a drink to sit there. To which my friend did. They then proceeded to come over. Remove our glasses from the table. Tell us we “were taking the piss” and told us to leave. To which we were baffled. We had a glass of water from their establishment. To then have them taken from us. Not only that. But then or proceeded to drag the furniture away from us. A bouncer then started to drag the chair I was sat on towards the road. Out of anger I threw the chair. I won’t be humiliated and dragged from a chair. Surrounded by nothing but men!! We we’re clearly discriminated for not drinking alcohol, I don’t know if they were on a power trip. I managed to get footage of the incident on my phone. This place needs their license revoking. It was bullying behavior and intimidating. And reading the reviews this seems to be their standard practice.
Went in with my friends, realised the vibe was bad and wanted to leave but as we stood up we got surrounded by security guards who forced us all to buy alcoholic drinks despite the fact I wasn't drinking because of a health condition and told us that the whole party had to drink otherwise they'd call security and radio the area to not let us in anywhere else. Horrific behaviour and outright bullying, ruined what should have been a celebratory night.
Terrible, customer service is lacking and the staff were rude. My girlfriend needed the toilet so I bought a drink so she could go, which was fine ... After she left the toilet, the bouncer walked up to us and was extremely rude. He then told us to leave. We had not done anything wrong which naturally left us very confused. The only good thing about the experience was that they at least let me finish my £2 half-pint in the process of kicking us out...
My 18 year old daughter came to this bar for the first time with friends, went inside to have a look and decided they didn’t want to stay. They were then forced to buy a drink and bullied and threatened by staff. Absolutely shocking.
Literally a school disco. I'm pretty certain half the people in there worked there, the music was so bad my nan has better taste, only two people were dancing and one of them fell over when you're that drunk you'd probably dance to a car alarm. Killed our night out. Never going back.
Manager kicked us out for no reason and confiscated £24 worth of drinks because I spilt one drink in the 5 minutes I was in the bar. Disappointing, would not recommend this bar to anyone
The staff made us feel really uncomfortable and unwanted in the bar. Left quickly after one drink.
Amazing bar located in the heart of Leamington. On the circuit and great cocktails. Will be back sat night for double spirits on the deal.
The owners of this bar are extremely rude and do not treat their customers with any respect. The attitude that they gave my friends and I was completely unnecessary and it showed that they only care about making a profit.
Great bar very friendly staff great selection of drinks .the best bar in leamington if you want a great night out with top music jephsons bar is the place to be .love this place.
