Pretty young crowd - but good cocktails and beer selection - service was good too!

The bar itself is decent, good screens to watch the sport. Unfortunately the staff let the place down. Its so rude to leave somebody waiting at the bar whilst you chat to a friend for 5 minutes next to us!! It made us feel very uncomfortable. Like any business staff are the key and yours fail miserably.

Bar staff truly cared for us during our stay. Not something you quite expect as it's not got the look of a baby friendly place, but it was, the customers were also friendly, and the food was glorious. Would definitely return if we were ever in Leamington again!

If you're looking for a lively atmosphere and a place with a range of activities, then the Duke is for you. Wide selection of drinks, good location near the Leamington High-Street and popular with students. If you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, however, then this place does get busy and sometimes the music can be a bit too loud.

[+] Creative decor. Superb food at reasonable prices. Great fun staff. Good beer selection, Leffe is to die for. [ - ] Annoying way too low door handle in front door. The tiles in entrance are too slippery when wet. #whoops! But then the rear visibility in a Lamborghini is crap, but it's still an awesome car!

Lovely interesting decor and a nice upstairs terrace area, but a tad pricey, no cocktails and does close too early. But the atmosphere makes up for a lot!

Very popular among students. Very large bar with a lot of space. Great for watching sport and a goof selection of beer, cocktails and spiced hot chocolate in the winter.

You know when you just wanna grab the remote control and pipe it down like three notches. That's all I wanted. The menu looks wicked. Now, the food ain't bad. That would be unfair but when I order the hottest wings on the menu I get anxious as to what I've let myself in for.... These bad boys would have been sneered at by a 'lemon and herb' ordering nandos lover. Lastly, I don't wanna say the crowd here is underage. Im sure they all have valid photo ID in the form of a driver's license or passport but whilst I've been typing this three girls have whizzed past me in heelies. Nice setting, friendly staff, good music.

Staff are a bit hopeless. Serves Camden Town brewery beers keg but at a hefty price excess of £4 a pint Wide open spaces, so good for large groups, a few ratty American pool tables and PlayStations to play with, and lots of screens that usually show one sport or another. Food is allegedly quite good for a pub, doing niche things like yards of pizza, and chips served in tiny imitation metal friers, as is the trend. They have an upstairs balcony and outside small courtyard that attract the smokers.

Quiz on a Sunday is class, I haven't sampled much of the food but what I have had has been good and quite good value. Decent prices on a large variety of beers.
