I couldn't be happier after being lucky enough to have such great help from Grant & Ross. Grant is so knowledgeable that even the smallest issue's I had would get answers. Ross is a consummate professional that can also put anyone at ease. Both a pleasure to come across. Highly recommended Estate agents!

I finished decorating my flat on a Sunday night, phoned Woodholls on Monday morning, met with Grant Monday afternoon, Ross took photos on Tuesday, my flat was advertised on Wednesday and I recieved an offer at the full asking price on Thursday!! They kept me informed every step of the way during the sale process, every email I sent was answered in literally minutes and nothing was too much trouble. When the sale competed Ross even delivered a small thank you gift to my door. I highly recommend Woodholls estate agents, they are professional, efficient, honest, friendly and approachable.

Woodholls are fantastic! Grant and the team really know what they are doing when it comes to all aspects of property and they give the best, honest advice. I would not hesitate to recommend them after dealing with them. Keep up the good work!

Grant and Ross are a great team! They are very professionals and have found the ideal space for me and my husband in record time. I have no doubt that we would contact them again in case we want to move.

Grant and Ross not only provide an excellent service but are also very genuine. As a landlord, I feel confident to use their service as they are easy to communicate to and they always keep in touch with me. I highly recommend this team and found them very professional.
