I would highly recommend using chancellors, after having a bad service with another agent I switched over to chancellors. I would love to say a huge thank you to Sharon. She was very professional in securing me a buyer for my home and I was very impressed with the communication I received from Sharon and the team. I had a terrible experience. The manager Sian is just horrible. Disrespectful and dishonest. She even hid underneath a desk to avoid talking to another customer who was not happy. I have had to call the police to try and get my keys back as I just cant stay with a company that treats me like this. It takes weeks to get a reply, little or no updates on viewings. Try and phone and you get an answerphone and they never get back to you, how are buyer meant to get through? They over price your property to get the business and then try to get you drop your price drastically to sell to get their commission. For your own sanity use another agent. You have been warned.

Had a lovely chat with Sean Kelly who sent me some houses specifically to my need. He really tried to get to know me and get to know my preferences for our new home! Will be booking veiwings very soon

Thank you to Alex for showing me around a couple of properties last week. He was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately we have had to hold off on renting at this time due to unforeseen circumstances, however when we are in a position to rent again, we will be contacting Alex directly. I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent in the Aylesbury area.
