We cannot recommend Michael Graham highly enough. We dealt with Lee Barry who was an absolute superstar and nothing was too much trouble. Having worked with other estate agents before, I have never found someone trustworthy. However with dealing with our purchase, Lee was great - communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to secure our purchase from start to finish. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. Thank you Michael Graham :-)

We found the whole Michael Graham team provided us with a very helpful & efficient service from start to finish. Everyone came back to us promptly with all queries & even followed up with solicitors when needed, they helped us push through for a swift purchase which was just what we needed with a young family. Their proactive supportive service was much appreciated especially as we all know our national house buying process can be incredibly frustrating. Lee Barry in particular looked after us & it was helpful to have a dedicated member of the team as a go to, but equally everyone else helped out when needed :)

Our thanks go to Lee Barry for the excellent service he has given us in the sale of our house.  After more than six months on the market and no offers, we decided that a change of agent was necessary.  From the start, we were very impressed with Michael Graham's professional and enthusiastic approach and, in no time at all, much interest had been generated in our cottage, resulting in three very interested potential buyers. From offer acceptance through to completion, the sale has been managed extremely well.  We have nothing but praise for Lee's work. Many thanks.

There are estate agents and there are estate agents. The agents’ purpose in truth is to introduce the seller to the buyer and that should be it. However Michael Graham had advertised the property we fell in love with and from that point started a difficult and frustrating trail. The vendor proved to be extremely difficult to encourage to actually move and their choice of solicitor was questionable. From the initial offer we were clear that a significant time line was involved. This did not seem to concern the vendor or their solicitor, thankfully up stepped the guys at Michael Graham. 
To say that their involvement ensured the house purchase, is an understatement. They were aware of our situation and left no stone unturned to help us achieve the purchase. The level of communication was second to none and continual updates were either received or provided upon contact. The tireless efforts of Lee and his associates were instrumental in moving us forward with a vendor who seemed blissfully unaware that a time line was involved. The friendly nature and awareness of our concerns and situation gave us a level of understanding that made us feel as if they were a member of the family, taking the journey with us. To say that either of the members of their staff are welcome to come round anytime is an understatement. We will forever be indebted to them as without their assistance and persistence, our dream home would not be ours.
