The name you need to know is “Aimee” at Williams Properties. House buying and selling is a stressful, frustrating business. At times it felt that we were the only people bothered about making the move actually happen. That’s why we needed Aimee on the case. When she said she would get an answer for us, she did. When she said she would call us back, she always called. I do believe we would have been delayed for weeks more if she hadn’t been so committed to making sure the move actually happened. Wow wow and wow, Aimee and Tom popped round to do a valuation for us, I instantly loved these guys and agreed for them to market our home. What came next was numerous calls and confirmation texts/emails advising of viewings. They were very proactive in arranging the times and viewings, within 48 hours we accepted an offer. The service so far has been amazing. I would not hesitate in recommending Williams to family/friends and anyone who will listen to our experience.We look forward to dealing with Tom as we continue with our sale. Thank you!!!

Disgraceful so called estate agents, Rhiane and Carol were extremely rude and abusive,avoid at all costs. I would not recommend this agency to sell or let a property ! They both told so many lies so they could con me out money to take a property with them. I eventually tried Chancellors, different class of people wish I went there first.

We had a really positive experience using Williams, Aimee provided a comprehensive valuation of our home showing excellent knowledge of the local property market. Once we went ahead and put the property on the market we were lucky enough to have a full price offer within 48 hours from the first person that Olly showed round. They were very helpful throughout the sales process providing great communication between everyone involved. We would definitely recommend them!

We would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Williams in particular to Aimee for her dedication throughout the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. Aimee strived to achieve what was best for us and what we wished for in buyers for our house and what we would describe as our "forever home". We cannot thank Aimee enough for all the effort she put throughout the process. She was friendly, patient, helpful, considerate and down to earth and by choosing Williams to buy and sell was definitely the right estate agents for us. We would also like to thank Daryl as well, he was very helpful during the process. We would definitely recommend a very friendly Williams to anyone looking for a 5 star service with a smile.
