After a lot of stress before Foster Kemp came on board, dealing with them has been a breath of fresh air in the sale of my property. As the newly appointed managing agent of our block of flats, they have very quickly attended to measures and paperwork needed to expedite things as much as possible. Their communication has been excellent. You really feel like they're on your side! Highly recommended.

Foster Kemp were the management company involved in a recent sale of my flat. Like most flats, the process was frustrating & complex, but Foster Kemp were professional, responsive and very helpful throughout. A joy to work with.

I have been a longterm client of Foster Kemp/Martin Kemp both as a landlord and for selling my property. In an industry not generally known for being trustworthy, this team are wonderful. They are incredibly professional, yet friendly and have guided me, advised me and held my hand through traumatic times. They have shown themselves to care what happens to their clients. They have gone out of their way and way beyond what one would normally expect to do their best by me and to get absolutely the best result for me. I always felt they were in my corner, not just trying to find the quickest answer so they could get paid and move on. I would definitely recommend them and personally, will never go anywhere else now.

Foster Kemp have been involved with the rental of my property for the last 10 years. During this time I found them to be professional whilst remaining very friendly. A business who remain on the end of the line to help steer me through the challenges of being a landlord. I would definitely recommend using their service.

Martin Kemps are EXCELLENT Estate Agents - not only if you want to purchase a property – but their rental department is second to none. I bought a flat as an investment property with them over four years ago and they were thorough and extremely professional - making the experience very easy. I didn't have to worry or stress about anything and the process was painless. They now manage the property having found a reliable tenant immediately. I have NEVER had a problem at all. They deal with the tenants and make sure the property is being well kept. They go to the property and do regular checks, take photographs and always keep me informed. Martin Kemps sort out any problems with no fuss, even to changing light fittings or getting gas certificates. Everything is so easy with them that I decided to buy a second property which is actually a little out of their area, however, they still offered to manage it.  Again they found perfect tenants and everything has been straightforward. If you are thinking of buying, renting or have a property that you want managed, I promise you, you could not find a better Estate Agent than Martin Kemp. I highly recommend them. A true 5* service!

Rubbish called them about commercial properties, was told the person responsible wasnt there but would get back to me, which they didn't! left 2 messages but still nothing.. So looks like their clients are getting pretty poor service at best.  Luckily I contacted another agent  on other properties and received A1 treatment and all signed up now!  So Martin Kemps don't bother to call me if you ever do return calls that is! It'll be too little too late!

I have been using Martin Kemps for a number of years and they are a pleasure to deal with. I have a portfolio of properties with them and they always manage to find great tenants for brilliant prices, but also have everything dealt with in one place, which makes the processes so much easier! Highly recommended!!
