I am not one to write a review unless I feel I have received exceptional service and therefore wanted to thank Mr Mohammed Aziz for his attention and care.
My partner and I had saved for over a year and once we had a mortgage in place it seemed like none of the Agents in Aylesbury were interested in our money - or that is how they made us feel anyway! We put an offer in with an agent on a lovely house, never to hear back from them to this day! All in all we did not have a good experience from any of the agents (4 of them) until we received a courtesy call back from Mo at Taylors . He wanted to see how the search was going, asked lots of relevant questions about what we wanted and really got an understanding of who we were. It never occurred to us to look at a new build however Mo booked us in with a developer 'to have a look' and we ended up buying a brand new 3 bed townhouse that had fallen through and in 6 weeks, it was ours!! 
So although Mo didn't directly sell us a property we feel he was instrumental in assisting us to buy our first home and we will forever be grateful for his effort. 
If all the staff at Taylors are as switched on and interested in their customers then I definitely recommend this team to anyone!

I'm afraid we were less than impressed with the performance of the lettings team.  Amongst other things, advice given on the rental rate to advertise our property was offered without the agency having recently visited the property.  We were advised to drop the rental price within a week of posting on the internet to a more realistic rate after the lettings agent had visited.  The property description had a glaring spelling mistake, and incorrectly included an en suite that did not exist.  We had to contact the agency as they had not noticed these errors...even having visited the property.

A super team. Who made getting a place setup from the other side of the world possible.  So very willing to go the extra mile. all with a smile and cheerfulness that makes it all so very easy

My mum let a property from Taylors in Aylesbury and Kate and her team were wonderful.  Really helpful and professional but also very kind and considerate of my mum's needs as a tenant and did everything they could to make the process as speedy and stress free as possible.  Having had a terrible experience with other letting agents, Taylors were fantastic and sorted everything out and went out of their way to make everything as straightforward as possible for my mum.  Taylors has a talented team of people who seem to take pride in delivering a very personal, friendly and professional service to their customers and I would highly recommend them.
