My train is delayed and the next train is cancelled,  i only wanted to change at wilmslow for airport, in the end i have to stuck here for hours in a windy day while my flu is not fully recover yet and I'm in the middle of travel sick as well. The stuff who told me the new train info is afraid i don't have full info about the journey, especially hand write all the info on a paper for me, they are so so so nice, what he does made me feel the warmest stream in my deep heart today . Convenient location and accessible to town centre easily. You can travel to lots of destinations, including Manchester, Crewe or London, too.

Connecting station, there is a small desk where you can ask for the right destination. Displays are explicit. There is also a waiting room in case it rainy or cold outside.nYou can go to Manchester airport from Winslow station.

Older man working there needs to work on his attitude and the way he speaks to customers. Consistently rude and not helpful.

Nicely laid out and well maintained, best of all, even at midnight, there was still a very helpful member of staff on duty. Very reassuring, keep up the good work.
