Staff this morning are abrupt and could not be considered friendly. One ticket seller looked at me and said 'hello'. I stepped forward, she then said wait until I call you forward. Other one had been to same charm school. It used to be better than this.

Macclesfield train station well it's a train station quite small but staff are frendly and my train arrived on time so it's was all good in the hood!

Dull, lifeless station. Upside, the staff are cheerful!

The staff is super-friendly and helpful. They have bike stands under a roof to the left of platform 1. The facilities are a bit, err, aged and deserve an upgrade really. But then: it's 1:42 to London and 23 minutes to Manchester... :)
