My dad is looked after very well here, lovely place and staff. He is so well cared for.
The home provides a high level of care for the residents in order to met their needs. Staff is well trained and dedicated,always ready to help and very supportive,residents choices and preferences are respected,and each person is treated as an individual.The Management and staff at Willows Care home are going above and beyond every day to maintain the high standards of care. I would strongly recommend this home.
Willows was my first care job, quiet long time has gone past I have now proudly become the Home Manager. Always been supported by Canford management , amazing and committed staff, clean and modern looking, I feel honoured to be part of this great family.
