My time was at 1:50 for a blood test,nWasn’t seen till 2:30pm, I had to go check with the nurse directly and apparently they called my name at 1:30 and 1:40 and since I wasn’t there they took me off the list! If my time is 1:50 why not call me at my given time! Bloody waste of my time
Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy Blood Test, Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional!nnExcellent service!nnEven though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!
Disgusting service.I booked online appoiment for my 7 month baby.They called 3 times on roll and I called back straight away because I was change my toddler and when I went to pick up the call finished considering the last doesn't was a call because it do half off one tone.The lady from reception told me I will need book appoiment again or call 111 I try to explain to her what happened and why they call 3 times on roll or basically 2,why they don't give some minutes between ,she doesn't know what reply about that.nNow my baby needs past one more day on pain for this useless Heath Center.nI really disappointed.nI really
Very good treatment, no delay in my checkup . Staff is very kind.
Very bad doctors can never get appointment even if it’s for a baby. They can’t be always busy
