Easy to find friendly staff. Good experience.
Great ground. £20 for a family of 4 is excellent. Players took the time to have pics taken and sign autographs.

Not alot has changed since the old Ford days except a few temporary buildings. But the staff are friendly and helpful, could do with a decent burger van though!
saw the West Ham female team play against Liverpool and Yeoville. Overall the training ground is very family friendly. There is wheelchair access if you need it, there is sheltered seating and also a standing area quite large. If there aren't enough seats in the seating area with the chairs you can sit in the standing area near the fence. Overall, it is a very nice place, all the people there are always very friendly and ready to help. There are bathrooms and shops West Ham merch. During games, there is a lovely burger stand with some of the best burgers I think I've ever had! - which is fairly priced. You're paying for great food, they serve tea and coffee also. Unfortunately it is cash only.
