Service getting better. From booking the appointment and seeing the doctor was very satisfactory. Current system seems to be improving the service. I had a quick call back and got a same day appointment. Saw a doctor who was very patient and clear during his consultation with me.

Dr Sura & Dr Brainerd are hands down two of the best doctors I have ever come across. They are always welcoming, attentive, active listeners, patient and genuinely make you feel heard. I have never felt undermined or fobbed off by them. I have had many appointments where doctors literally have made me feel like a nuisance and told me I just have to deal with my illness. I cannot express my appreciation enough for them both. They are a valuable asset to the surgery & NHS. This is a genuine genuine post to dedicate my gratitude. I would be distraught if they were to leave North street. Thank you for the impeccable service and care you both provide.
I was warmly received by Dr Romel Haque and his colleague at North Street Medical Care, Romford where I had a minor surgery to remove a skin tag. The procedure was done as though they knew I had a big phobia of seeing blood and needles. Immense relief for me and huge thanks to Dr Haque and team.
I made a mess of appointment time but the calm friendly receptionist sorted it out and I saw the gp and got the treatment I so badly needed.nIn the ten years I have been with this practice I have always been treated well.nThank you guys
