I had an excellent experience with Circa, largely thanks to Riley, the agent who assisted me. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. His knowledge and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
We needed to find a new rental property at short notice over the Christmas period. Riley Conn was very proactive and efficient at contacting us with a new rental property and subsequently arranging our tenancy extremely quickly. Riley was very friendly, professional and helpful and offered to be available outside of working hours, which was appreciated. Thank you Riley for your assistance.

The team at Circa London were fantastic and a great help. They helped us find the property, were very efficient with the offer and forms that needed to be signed, and also very good communications. We were able to communicate very easily with Circa London and the estate agent we used which is Carina. Our experience with Carina was superb. She was attentive in helping us find our property, and also very helpful in any queries we had. Moving in was hassle free, where Circa and Carina had everything prepared for us, which included maintenance on the property and even parking permits for the area. Carina and her team even followed up with us after we had moved in to check if everything had run smoothly and we were settling in well. Circa London have been outstanding from start to finish and have looked after us all of the way through. We are very impressed with the service and I recommend using Circa London.
