It's ok, something as simple yet important as the chips were chap! Guys put some effort in to the little thing! It cost you pence and makes a big difference to people's opinions, which at the end of the year makes a difference to (££££) Clean and present things better like ketchup & vinegar bottles. Put more effort and time into the quality of the food rather than the quantity of different meals. Cut the menu down and keep it quality simply. Nice staff, good service and the place looks good. Build, owned and ran own successful bar and restaurant, so just some friendly advice.

We went here after walking the dogs. The food was nice, normal portions. Helpful and friendly staff, nice and clean too. Nice atmosphere with areas separated by beams so has cozy places for a few people as well as larger areas for groups.

Three of us went for a meal. We had vegetable lasagne, steak and ale pie and Thai green curry and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. Service was fast and friendly. Can't comment on the beer as we didn't have any. There are some nooks where you can sit a little apart from the other diners which is nice. We will be going again.

Lovely inn, with the most amazing views. Fab food, nice rooms and great friendly helpful staff. Rooms had very comfortable beds, only downside to our family room was the bathroom, as the shower was not easy to control to get and keep warm water, however they are in the process of putting in new bathrooms in a lot of the rooms. The full English breakfast was amazing! This was our first stay but second visit to the Inn and I would definitely stay here again.

Top notch landlord and landlady. First class service. Huge but comfortable pub with excellent unspoilt views. Great pub food.
