At The Happy Haddock we primarily fry in beef dripping, however if required we can fry in palm oil (which is suitable for vegetarians) we are happy to provide this service however we require 30 minutes notice.
We cook our coeliac orders in beef dripping. we use gram flour to batter our food and this will be cooked separately and served with separate tongs/shovels. Again please note this requires 30 minutes notice.
At The Happy Haddock we try to accommodate for people with different allergies and intolerances. There is no extra charge for this service.
