Very convenient position. Free parking via validation. Room was clean and very comfortable also quite large as it's an accessible one.nGreat blackout curtains.nDon't like the fact it's self check in.nAlthough you can speak to someone if required.nStaff are lovely and friendly but there doesn't seem enough of them.nRoom service was behind today ¬ done yesterday due to being well occupied and not enough staff.nBreakfast is good. It looks like they don't serve evening meals now,restaurant always closed after breakfast.nThere is a Pub opposite,but it's not got very good ratings so haven't even bothered going there.nPlenty of other independent eateries about.
The service provided was perfect and the staff were so friendly. It wasn't until the morning when we woke up that we noticed lots of black mould on the ceiling. Apparently my Autistic 9 year old who was sleeping below it noticed but didnt know how to talk to myself or my wife about it so laid awake most the night staring at it.nnUpdate 05/06 - Premier inn has somewhat resolved this now and im sure the issue has now been sorted inside the hotel. I want to again express my appreciation to the staff at this hotel as they where very friendly and welcoming
Good, spacious rooms and a great spread in the breakfast buffet. The staff were very accommodating and even provided vegan sausages upon request, which was much appreciated. Although there was no refrigerator in the room, the staff kindly arranged to store my medical container in the hotel refrigerator when requested. The self check-in and check-out process was very convenient and easy to use. Free parking is available, but you need to register your car number during check-in. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Stayed 2 nights in Sandown. Nice, clean rooms. Lovely breakfast. Staff really kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone especially Waqar who helped us check in and get settled. Lovely customer service.
Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of September. All staff I came into contact with were lovely, especially the man at reception on the night shift. Didn’t catch his name. Really helpful with extra towels and everything I needed. Room was clean, didn’t hear much noise from the corridors and slept well. Didn’t have the breakfast option as I don’t like greasy food and all I could smell in reception was grease. So that put me off a bit but other than that an all round great stay! Would recommend! Thank you premier inn!
