Despite the fairly small size of this delightful restaurant there is a good vibe and an interesting menu of food and drink that has had considerable time and effort put into it. Modern twists on classic dishes, great use of high quality local ingredients and produce. The cocktails were excellent and well made, staff were helpful, friendly and had knowledgeable insight into the various dishes if you just can't decide! The Isle of Wight steak served here was easily one of the best steaks we had enjoyed anywhere, not just on the IoW, anywhere ever! Superb quality meat cooked to absolute perfection, all of the food was delicious and surpassed the high expectations we had after reading reviews. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Reservations are usually required and its popular with locals as well as tourists.

We always have a lovely meal and experience here. Tramezzini is always really cosy and welcoming. Wonderful food.
