Wickes is close to the mall at Cribbs Causeway so is a convenient location. It has it's own car park which is spacious. For some reason it has speed bumps which make it less convenient when transporting heavy items bought from the store. It is also close to B&Q so you don't have to travel far to do a price comparison. Sometimes one is cheaper yhen the other and vice versa. Things are easy to find and there are always members of staff around to ask if you are unsure.

Kitchen and bathroom fitter, same guy, couldn't have done a worse job, bodged it and scarpered! ADVICE: save yourself the bother and go anywhere else other than wickes for products and fitting!

Useless delivery system. Order the items on the phone for collection from the store. Arrived at the store to find that only part of the order had been delivered. I then had to waste over an hour with calls to customer services. At the point of writing this note I still have had no resolution. I now have to inform the client that the job needs to be postponed. Time wasted equals profit lost from the job. I was informed by a member of the Wickes staff that 2 members of staff had walked off and that the cribs causeway store had no manager. What a shambles!

This company is a joke, they closed at 6pm on a day I visited rather then 8pm as the website stated. Next day when I traveled another 30 min again to pick up tiles website stated they had plenty of staff could not find them. What's the point of a system that tell you what is available in stores if staff can't find it? I won't ever go there again, huge waste of time. Avoid!

The staff at Wickes Cribbs were fantastic today , I can not thank them enough for helping us sort out some roofing felt for the children's playhouse at Brentry and Henbury Children's Centre. They were very supportive , it's nice to experience such good customer service 🌟 Thanks you 😀
