Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, explained all things well. Had excellent sofa from them before, now replacing after 17 years. Great range, priced reasonable. We took advantage of 4 year interest free credit, which you can pay off early without penalty.
Was missold a fake leather sofa by dfs. Am still paying for it. Leather is peeling off which genuine leather does not! Dfs have been terrible at resolving the ongoing issue. Previous sofa was from dfs and had over 15 years never experienced issues like this! Don't waste your money
Fantastic customer service. We bought two new sofas this weekend. The Customer Service was fantastic. Highly recommended. DFS if you read this, we were served by John, who is a real credit to your company. Well done!
If you want to be pestered and pressurised into a sale then don't go to DFS. Their way is to welcome you when you arrive and then let you get on with looking around. They're never far away if you need advice or information though. We've purchased from DFS many times over the last couple of decades and always been impressed with the high level of service thank you Abby! and the choice offered. The newly revamped store at Bristol is beautiful too; loads more space and all clean and tidy.
Excellent range of furniture available to suit various budgets. Gary was very approachable and talk the time to understand what we were looking for and to find exactly what we needed. Thank you!
Avoid purchasing at all costs. I had ordered a sofa on the 19th of Dec 2022 with a promised delivery of first or 2nd week of January 2023. The delivery never happened currently 3rd of February 2023. You can never call the store directly, and their customer services on the phone all they can say is “The store will need to contact you back” which they never do. When you do pop by the store, if the manager isn’t there, again the team can’t help at all or so they say. I have now decided to cancel the sofa and pick one up from John Lewis. I have already scheduled a delivery for 8th of February and already got a text message confirmation. Currently, their customer services state they can’t issue refunds so I should wait for the store manager Nigel to call back which 3 days later he never did. I was lucky as I paid with an AMEX card so I have raised a dispute and AMEX have returned my money; I don’t want to imagine what people paying with Debit Cards would go through. Neil was a helpful staff member that promised to call me back once and he actually did. I feel sorry for Neil working under Nigel’s supervision. Nigel… if you can’t manage to get the customer’s sofas on time, the LEAST you can do is call them and approve their refund. You should be ashamed sir. If you want to pay in full for a sofa, and never get one, then this is the right place for you.
Useless quite frankly. Came in in October had a chat and ordered some sofas. No problem, had an issue with our house falling through, luckily found somewhere else to live wanted to change the sofas “No you can’t do that, they’ve started production” Fair enough. Just called today, wrong address given, wrong details, delivery address completely different. Oh and it’s delayed until after Christmas but nobody thought to let you know. We had never had a problem before and I get that in the current climate things are difficult, but what isn’t difficult is picking up a phone and being honest with people. I wouldn’t ever recommend coming in and I certainly won’t be coming back. Let’s see what goes wrong with delivery
Was disappointed. Walked in to purchase sofa desperately. Staff seated in front, no one got up to see if we needed anything. Walked as round showroom for 10 min, then decided to leave. All 3 saw us trying out of different as styles. No desire to come over. Too bad. Went to another store in area, purchased for 2 reception rooms. Shame. Disappointed in their customer service at Bristol pathway. I know it. Was Friday at 330pm. But would have loved to be acknowledged at least. Shame. Oh well. Their loss
Had our new recliners delivered today the delivery drivers had trouble fitting them together after they went pulled out the recliner and it won't go back in phoned them back up got told they have finished and phone shop been 45 mins for phone to be answered up to press knocking on 50 mins and still no answer what a waste of space never ever again worse customer relations I have ever met
The worst ever, nobody can help you!!! Once they have your money they are not interested Never answer emails and go into store never a manager to help Customer service helpline just tells you to to store Avoid at all costs Thieves and liars When the bell end of a 'manager' does finally bother to call daft lad can't even get your name correct and his total attitude reflect the store that he doesn't give a toss and totally uninterested and no apologies What a Tosser!!!
