Absolutely appalling Cribbs Causeway store. I purchased a dash cam online then collected an hour later. I didn't check it before I left , I wish I had it would've saved me two unnecessary hours travel time. When I arrived home I discovered the seal was broken & thre was a piece of tatty sellotape holding the box together, when I opened the box I could see the camera had clearly been used & repackaged very poorly there were dirty fingerprints inside , one of the sticky tabs was still on the dash cam, but only about half as sticky as it should be, again, obviously been used, half the contents were missing ! there were no cable ties & the 8M cable was nowhere to be seen either. I wonder why this dash cam had been returned to the shop, did it actually work? Or was it broken Halfords? How you have got the audacity to repackage a used item in poor condition then sell it in your shop as brand new is absolutely shocking! I rang the store & explained my disbelief & was told the manager would call me back the same day, and guess what - no call ! I only drove to Cribbs as the Weston-super-Mare store told me you had none in stock & could get one for Friday its Tuesday today then a friend spoke to Liam in the Weston-super-Mare shop later today & he informed him that they DO have one in stock. Halfords do you know how to run your stores? Incompetent staff at both stores have given me the run around today, I will be making a formal complaint when I return to shop with the rubbish you sold me. Sort yourselves out!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went in for a battery check 15 minutes before my time. As soon as I arrived I was taken to my car and the test began. Was informed what they were testing and was shown that the battery had gone passed its sell buy date. Ordered a new one and it arrived the same day. Will now book it to be fitted.
Had one car camera removed from old car and a new one fitted on new car. There were a few issues with both but Ethan overcame these. He also helped to get the correct size roofbars for the new car. Great friendly service
Ordered battery online for 1 hour collection. Having travelled 15 miles and just about to exit motorway I get a phone call to say they have no stock! I should work there as after a 15 minute search I found the exact battery I needed in Halfords own branded label. This was Cribbs Causeway branch and after a lot of persuasion the staff were eventually very helpful.
Purchased a bike for my son online to be assembled in store, I was offered a time slot that suited and collected at the cribbs causeway site. Upon arrival I was greeted by a polite member of staff who dealt with my appointment in a professional manner, I proceeded to ask many questions about maintenance and service package for the upkeep of my purchase and was met with very knowledgeable answers. Impressive service from cribbs causeway and Will certainly return in the future.
